Detailed Description¶
vcurvature -- 3d curvature computations3d curvature computations. For each surface
voxel, a curvature feature is computed. Surface voxels are defined by a
threshold. The algorithm is based on discrete approximations to second-order
derivatives and the Weingarten equations.
