Change the precision of a DECIMAL.

pDecIn [In] Source. cDecimals [In] New number of decimals to keep. pDecOut [Out] Destination.

RETURNS¶

Success: S_OK. pDecOut contains the rounded value. Failure: E_INVALIDARG if any argument is invalid.
