DESCRIPTION¶

Re-initializes all hardware and control settings of a communications device, with values from a device control block without affecting the input and output queues.

PARAMS¶

handle [In] The communications device. lpdcb [Out] The device control block.

RETURNS¶

TRUE on success, FALSE on failure, e.g., if the XonChar is equal to the XoffChar.
