DESCRIPTION¶

Determine if two strings are equal.

PARAMS¶

s1 [In] Source string. s2 [In] String to compare to s1. CaseInsensitive [In] TRUE = Case insensitive, FALSE = Case sensitive.

RETURNS¶

Non-zero if s1 is equal to s2, 0 otherwise.
