DESCRIPTION¶

Attempt to guess whether a text buffer is Unicode.

PARAMS¶

buf [In] Text buffer to test. len [In] Length of buf. flags [Out] Destination for test results.

RETURNS¶

TRUE if the buffer is likely Unicode, FALSE otherwise.

Declared in "winbase.h". Implemented in "dlls/advapi32/advapi.c". Debug channel "advapi".
