DESCRIPTION¶

Returns the handle to the internal drag image list.

PARAMS¶

ppt [Out] Pointer to the drag position. Can be NULL. pptHotspot [Out] Pointer to the position of the hot spot. Can be NULL.

RETURNS¶

Success: Handle of the drag image list. Failure: NULL.
