DESCRIPTION¶

Obtains the request timeout values for the communications device.

PARAMS¶

hComm [In] The communications device. lptimeouts [Out] The struct of request timeouts.

RETURNS¶

TRUE on success, FALSE if communications device handle is bad or the target structure is NULL.
