DESCRIPTION¶

Obtains the four control register bits if supported by the hardware.

PARAMS¶

hFile [In] The communications device. lpModemStat [Out] The control register bits.

RETURNS¶

TRUE if the communications handle was good and for hardware that control register access, FALSE otherwise.
