Allocates memory block from the dll's private heap.

dwSize [In] size of the allocated memory block.

Success: pointer to allocated memory block Failure: NULL

IMPLEMENTATION¶

Exported by ordinal only. Use GetProcAddress(3w) to obtain a pointer to the function. Implemented in "dlls/comctl32/comctl32undoc.c". Debug channel "commctrl".
