DhMakePerl::Command::make - implementation of 'dh-make-perl make'

METHODS¶
- warning string ...
- In verbose mode, prints supplied arguments on STDERR,
prepended with "W: " and suffixed with a new line.
Does nothing in non-verbose mode.
