mia-meshdistance-to-stackmask(1) USER COMMANDS mia-meshdistance-to-stackmask(1)

NAME

mia-meshdistance-to-stackmask - Evaluate the distance between a binary shape given as reference and a mesh.

SYNOPSIS

mia-meshdistance-to-stackmask -i <in-mesh> -r <ref-mask> -o <out-mesh> [options]

DESCRIPTION

mia-meshdistance-to-stackmask This program takes a binary masks and a triangular mesh as input and evaluates the distance of the mesh vertices to the binary maskand stores the result in a new mesh.

OPTIONS

-i --in-mesh=(input,required)
input mesh For supported file types see PLUGINS:mesh/io
-r --ref-mask=(input,required)
reference binary mask For supported file types see PLUGINS:2dimage/io
-o --out-mesh=(output,required)
output mesh For supported file types see PLUGINS:mesh/io
