s2tc_compress is part of the S2TC toolset. It allows compression of images into
S2TC format textures.
OPTIONS¶

- OUTFILE.dds
- -t
- One of the following compression algorithms
- -l
- libtxc_dxtn.so Path to an implementation of libtxc-dxtn
