ARGUMENTS¶
fn The function to call
state The state to pass
prefix An optional prefix to the control variables. Different components
may use different prefixes, allowing multiple

functions.
DESCRIPTION¶
Create a URL that calls a local function for use in hyperlinks. You may pass
additional parameters by appending them to the URL, of course.
