SYNOPSIS¶
Int safeInt( String x, Int min, Int max )
ARGUMENTS¶
x The string to convert
min The minimum value
max The maximum value
DESCRIPTION¶
Convert a string to an Int, throwing an Exception if the resulting Int is out of
the specified range.
