OPTIONS¶

Required options:¶

-k [ --kmers ] arg

seer kmer output file

-r [ --references ] arg

file with tab separated reference name and fasta file

Other options:¶

--threads arg (=1)

number of threads. Suggested: 4

--version

prints version and exits

-h [ --help ]
