SYNOPSIS¶
mapFieldsPar [OPTIONS] sourceCase
DESCRIPTION¶
Map volume fields from one mesh to another
OPTIONS¶
- -case dir
- Specify case directory to use (instead of the cwd)
- -consistent
- Source and target geometry and boundary conditions identical
- -decomposeParDict file
- Use specified file for decomposePar dictionary
- -fields wordRes
- Specify single or multiple fields to reconstruct (all by default). Eg, 'T'
or
- -mapMethod word
- Specify the mapping method
(direct|mapNearest|cellVolumeWeight|correctedCellVolumeWeight)
- -noFunctionObjects
- Do not execute function objects
- -noLagrangian
- Skip mapping lagrangian positions and fields
- -parallel
- Run in parallel [Parallel option]
- -patchMapMethod word
- Specify the patch mapping method (direct|mapNearest|faceAreaWeight)
- -procMapMethod word
- Specify the processor distribution map method (AABB|LOD)
- -sourceRegion word
- Specify the source region
- -sourceTime scalar|'latestTime'
- Specify the source time
- -subtract
- Subtract mapped source from target
- -targetRegion word
- Specify the target region
- -doc
- Display documentation in browser
- -doc-source
- Display source code in browser
- -help
- Display short help and exit
- -help-full
- Display full help and exit
ADVANCED OPTIONS¶
- -fileHandler handler
- Override the file handler type
- -hostRoots (((host1 dir1) .. (hostN dirN))
- slave root directories (per host) for distributed running. The host
specification can use a regex. [Parallel option]
- -roots (dir1 .. dirN)
- Slave root directories for distributed running [Parallel

- -help-man
- Display full help (manpage format) and exit
