NAME¶
mrd6 - an IPv6 Multicast routing daemon and framework
SYNOPSIS¶
mrd6 [ -D ] [ -f config-file ] [ -A ]
DESCRIPTION¶
mrd6 is a multicast routing daemon that supports PIM-SM, MLDv2, MBGP, and
others.
OPTIONS¶
Options available for the mrd6 command:
- -D
- Forks into the background after init.
- -f
- Specifies the configuration file to be used. If this option is not
specified mrd6 will try to load /etc/mrd6.conf.
- -A
- Don't auto-load mrd6 modules that were built statically.
FILES¶
- /etc/mrd6.conf
- The default location of the mrd6 config file.
DIAGNOSTICS¶
mrd6 will log to the stderr file descriptor, to a log file or through
syslog to the system logs. For more information on how to configure
mrd6 check the included documentation.
