NAME

('mia\-2dmultiimageto3d',) - Convert a 2D multi-record image to a 3D image.

SYNOPSIS

mia-2dmultiimageto3d -i <in-file> -o <out-file> [options]

DESCRIPTION

mia-2dmultiimageto3d This program is used to convert a 2D multi-image file to a 3D image.

OPTIONS

-i --in-file=(input, required); io
input images For supported file types see PLUGINS:2dimage/io
-o --out-file=(output, required); io
output image For supported file types see PLUGINS:3dimage/io

Help & Info

-V --verbose=warning
verbosity of output, print messages of given level and higher priorities. Supported priorities starting at lowest level are:

Processing

--threads=-1
Maxiumum number of threads to use for processing,This number should be lower or equal to the number of logical processor cores in the machine. (-1: automatic estimation).

PLUGINS: 2dimage/io

bmp
BMP 2D-image input/output support. The plug-in supports reading and writing of binary images and 8-bit gray scale images. read-only support is provided for 4-bit gray scale images. The color table is ignored and the pixel values are taken as literal gray scale values.

EXAMPLE

Convert an series of images stored in a 2D image container multiimage2d.v to a 3D image image3d.v.
