cif-drop - A tool to drop columns from mmCIF files

SYNOPSIS¶

cif-drop [OPTION] file1 [file2..]

DESCRIPTION¶

This tool makes it easy to drop a single column from a category in mmCIF files.

OPTIONS¶

--output=<file>, -o <file>

Write output to <file>, default is stdout.

--column=<name>, -c <name>

Colunn to drop, should be of the form '_category.item' with the leading underscore. Can be specified multiple times.

--verbose,-v

Be more verbose, useful to diagnose validation errors.
