NAME¶
vbtmap - create a t-statistic map for VLSM
SYNOPSIS¶
vbtmap <lesionfile> <scorefile> <outfile> <flag>
...
DESCRIPTION¶
vbtmap is part of the VoxBo suite of tools for brain image analysis.
vbtmap takes as input: a 4D lesion file containing 0/1 lesion maps for a
series of subjects; and a 1D file containing a score for each subject. It
carries out a separate t-test for each voxel comparing the scores of those
subjects with a lesion in that voxel with the remaining subjects.
vbtmap can optionally calculate a Welch's t-test, and can calculate
FDR-controlling thresholds.
