\&\fBQpsmtpd::Command\fR provides just one public sub routine: \fB\f(BIparse()\fB\fR.

This sub expects two or three arguments. The first is the name of the 
\&\s-1SMTP\s0 command (such as \fI\s-1HELO\s0\fR, \fI\s-1MAIL\s0\fR, ...). The second must be the remaining
of the line the client sent.

If no third argument is given (or it's not a reference to a \s-1CODE\s0) it parses 
the line according to \s-1RFC\s0 1869 (\s-1SMTP\s0 Service Extensions) for the \fI\s-1MAIL\s0\fR and 
\&\fI\s-1RCPT\s0\fR commands and splitting by spaces (\*(L" \*(R") for all other.

Any module can supply it's own parsing routine by returning a sub routine 
reference from a hook_*_parse. This sub will be called with \fI\f(CI$self\fI\fR, \fI\f(CI$cmd\fI\fR
and \fI\f(CI$line\fI\fR.

On successfull parsing it \s-1MUST\s0 return \fB\s-1OK\s0\fR (the constant from 
\&\fIQpsmtpd::Constants\fR) success as first argument and a list of
