.SH ОПИСАНИЕ
Функция \fBstrcat()\fP добавляет строку \fIstr\fP к строке
\fIdest\fP, перезаписывая символ `\\0' в конце \fIdest\fP, и
добавляя завершающий символ `\\0'. Строки не могут
перекрываться, а в \fIdest\fP должно быть достаточно места
для размещения результата.

Функция \fBstrncat()\fP работает похожим образом, но добавляет к
\fIdest\fP только первые \fIn\fP символов строки \fIsrc\fP.
