\- это внутрениий системный вызов, используемый во время начальной
загрузки. Он помечает страницы процесса как выгружаемые на своппинг,
снижает его приоритет и входит в главную петлю планировщика.

никогда не возвращает управление.

Все пользовательские процессы, даже процессы с правами суперпользователя,
будут получать
