Funkcja \fBdifftime()\fP zwraca ilość sekund, które upłynęły pomiędzy czasem
\fItime1\fP a \fItime0\fP, reprezentowanymi jako wartości typu double. Oba
czasy są podane w czasie kalendarzowym określającym ilość sekund, które
upłynęły od Epoki (godziny 00:00:00 1 stycznia 1970 czasu Coordinated
Universal Time (UTC)).
