DESCRIPTION¶

Decrement the IP-forwarding reference count. Turn off IP-forwarding if it reaches zero.

PARAMS¶

pOverlapped [In/Out] should be the same as in EnableRouter(3w). lpdwEnableCount [Out] optional, receives reference count.

RETURNS¶

Success: NO_ERROR Failure: error code from Winerror.h.

FIXME¶

Stub, returns ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED.
