Terminates pending operations and/or discards buffers on a communication resource.

PARAMS¶

handle [In] The communication resource to be purged. flags [In] Flags for clear pending/buffer on input/output.

RETURNS¶

TRUE on success and FALSE if the communications handle is bad.
