DESCRIPTION¶

Determine if a path is a prefix of another.

PARAMS¶

lpszPrefix [In] Prefix. lpszPath [In] Path to check.

RETURNS¶

TRUE If lpszPath has lpszPrefix as its prefix, FALSE If either path is NULL or lpszPrefix is not a prefix
