Compare two properties.

PARAMS¶

lpPropLeft [In] Left hand property to compare to lpPropRight. lpPropRight [In] Right hand property to compare to lpPropLeft.

RETURNS¶

An integer less than, equal to or greater than 0, indicating that lpszStr is less than, the same, or greater than lpszComp.
