This script uses SQL::Translator to parse the \s-1SQL\s0 schema and create a
Perl script that can connect to the database and dump the data as
\&\s-1INSERT\s0 statements (a la mysqldump) or MySQL's \s-1LOAD\s0 \s-1FILE\s0 syntax.  You may
specify tables to \*(L"skip\*(R" (also using a \*(L"skiplike\*(R" regular expression)
and the generated dumper script will not have those tables.  However,
these will also be options in the generated dumper, so you can wait to
specify these options when you dump your database.  The database
username, password, and \s-1DSN\s0 can be hardcoded into the generated
script, or part of the \s-1DSN\s0 can be intuited from the \*(L"database\*(R"
argument.
