function waits until the

flag is cleared.

is non-zero, it also waits for
.Fa m->busy
to become zero.

.Fn vm_page_sleep_if_busy
finds the page busy it returns

If not, it returns
.Dv FALSE .
Returning
.Dv TRUE
does not necessary mean that

slept, but only that
