\fBdpkg\-vendor\fP è uno strumento per richiedere informazioni sui produttori
elencati in \fB/etc/dpkg/origins\fP. \fB/etc/dpkg/origins/default\fP contiene
informazioni sul produttore corrente.

Esce con stato \fB0\fP se il produttore corrente è \fIproduttore\fP. Altrimenti
esce con stato diverso da zero.

Esce con stato \fB0\fP se la distribuzione del produttore corrente è una
derivata di \fIproduttore\fP, altrimenti esce con stato diverso da zero. Usa il
campo «Parent» per sfogliare tutti gli antenati del produttore corrente.

Stampa sullo standard output il valore del \fIcampo\fP specifico del produttore
per il produttore corrente.
