This script sends 'magic packets' to wake-on-lan enabled ethernet adapters and motherboards, in order to switch on the called \s-1PC.\s0 Be sure to connect the \s-1NIC\s0 with the motherboard if neccesary, and enable the \s-1WOL\s0 function in the \s-1BIOS.\s0

The 'magic packet' consists of 6 times 0xFF followed by 16 times the hardware address of the \s-1NIC.\s0 This sequence can be encapsulated in any kind of packet. This script uses \s-1UDP\s0 packets.
