Sets the output type (\fBNULL\fP, \fBstderr\fP or \fBsyslog\fP) used for information
and warning messages.  Intended values are \fBSHISHI_OUTPUTTYPE_NULL\fP,
for no output at all, \fBSHISHI_OUTPUTTYPE_STDERR\fP for output to the
console, and \fBSHISHI_OUTPUTTYPE_SYSLOG\fP for syslog messaging.
The first value covers everything different from the latter two values.
