dh_quilt_unpatch simply calls \fBquilt pop \-a\fR after having set
the environment variable \fBQUILT_PATCHES\fR to \fBdebian/patches\fR.
All patches listed in \fBdebian/patches/series\fR are then unapplied in the
current directory. The command does not fail if the patches have
already been unapplied.

If the file \fBdebian/patches/series\fR does not exist or is empty,
dh_quilt_unpatch returns without doing anything.

You can use another directory instead of \fBdebian/patches\fR by setting
(and exporting) the environment variable \fBQUILT_PATCH_DIR\fR.
