The \fBstrcasecmp\fP()  function performs a byte\-by\-byte comparison of the
strings \fIs1\fP and \fIs2\fP, ignoring the case of the characters.  It returns an
integer less than, equal to, or greater than zero if \fIs1\fP is found,
respectively, to be less than, to match, or be greater than \fIs2\fP.

The \fBstrncasecmp\fP()  function is similar, except that it compares no more
than \fIn\fP bytes of \fIs1\fP and \fIs2\fP.
