es un punto de entrada al núcleo común para las llamadas IPC de System
V para mensajes, semáforos y memoria compartida.
El argumento

determina a qué función de IPC se ha de llamar;
los otros argumentos se pasan tal cuales a la llamada apropiada.

Los programas de usuario deberían llamar a las funciones apropiadas
por sus nombres usuales. Sólo los implementadores de la biblioteca
estándar y los buenos programadores del núcleo necesitan conocer la
