.SH DESCRIPTION
readclose reads the
whole content into the stralloc \fIsa\fR.  The file is read in chunks of
\fIbufsize\fR bytes size.  If everything worked fine, readclose returns
0.  On error, readclose returns -1 and sets errno appropriately.
