CPAN doesn't trust \f(CW\*(C`META.yml\*(C'\fR's list of dependencies for a module. Instead it
expects \f(CW\*(C`Makefile.PL\*(C'\fR run on the computer the package is being installed
upon to generate its own list of dependencies (called \f(CW\*(C`MYMETA.yml\*(C'\fR or
\&\f(CW\*(C`MYMETA.json\*(C'\fR).

This module is a Module::Install plugin that generates \f(CW\*(C`MYMETA.yml\*(C'\fR by simply
passing through the dependencies from \f(CW\*(C`META.yml\*(C'\fR.

It does nothing when run from the module author's development copy.
