irqtop - Observe IRQ and SoftIRQ in a top-like fashion
.SH DESCRIPTION
Shows interrupt rates (per second) per cpu.
Also shows irq affinity ('.' for disabled cpus),
and rps/xps affinity ('+' rx, '\-' tx, '*' tx/rx).
Can show packet rate per eth queue.
