NAME

dottup - Displays a wordmatch dotplot of two sequences

SYNOPSIS

dottup -help

DESCRIPTION

dottup is a command line program from EMBOSS (“the European Molecular Biology Open Software Suite”). It is part of the "Alignment:Dot plots" command group(s).
