The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is \fBhawki.hawki_step_detect_obj.median_smooth\fR [default = \fI3\fR]. .TP \fB\-\-detect_sigma\fR \fI\fR detection level (float; default: 7.0). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is \fBhawki.hawki_step_detect_obj.detect_sigma\fR [default = \fI7.0\fR]. .TP \fB\-\-growing_radius\fR \fI\fR radius of convolution kernel to apply to objects (int; default: 5).
