is a program that make a local SKK dictionary as
/usr/share/skk/SKK-JISYO.local and install the alternative for
SKK-JISYO or SKK-JISYO.cdb.

Make a cdb style dictionary as /usr/share/skk/SKK-JISYO.local.cdb.

Remove the alternative for SKK-JISYO or SKK-JISYO.cdb.
