Specify the callback function to use in the server for deciding if
user is permitted anonymous access.  The function can be later
retrieved using \fBgsasl_server_callback_anonymous_get()\fP.

This function is part of the old callback interface.
The new interface uses \fBgsasl_callback_set()\fP to set the application
callback, and uses \fBgsasl_callback()\fP or \fBgsasl_property_get()\fP to
invoke the callback for certain properties.
