This is a subclass of Dist::Zilla::MVP::Assembler used when assembling the
global configuration.  It has a \f(CW\*(C`stash_registry\*(C'\fR attribute, a hashref, into
which stashes will be registered.

by the \f(CW\*(C`register_component\*(C'\fR method on Dist::Zilla::Role::Stash\-performing
