Bio::Restriction::IO::withrefm - withrefm enzyme set
Do not use this module directly. Use it via the Bio::Restriction::IO class.
This is the most complete format of the REBASE files, and basically includes all the data on each of the restriction enzymes.
User feedback is an integral part of the evolution of this and other Bioperl modules. Send your comments and suggestions preferably to the Bioperl mailing lists Your participation is much appreciated.
