NAME

backtranseq - Back-translate a protein sequence to a nucleotide sequence

SYNOPSIS

backtranseq -sequence seqall [-cfile codon] -outfile seqoutall

backtranseq -help

DESCRIPTION

backtranseq is a command line program from EMBOSS (“the European Molecular Biology Open Software Suite”). It is part of the "Nucleic:Translation,Protein:Composition" command group(s).

-cfile codon

Default value: Ehuman.cut

Output section
