NAME

beauti - Bayesian Evolutionary Analysis Utility

SYNOPSIS

beauti [nexus_file template_file beast_file]

DESCRIPTION

BEAUti is a graphical user-interface (GUI) application for generating beast-mcmc(1) XML files.
