\f[B]nsec3dig\f[] sends a query for \f[I]QNAME\f[] and \f[I]QTYPE\f[] to
the nameserver at \f[I]IPADDRESS\f[] on port \f[I]PORT\f[] and prints
whether and why the NSEC3 proofs are correct.
Using the \[aq]recurse\[aq] option sets the Recursion Desired (RD) bit
in the query.
