ods-ksmutil is a DEPRECATED command.  It was part of the OpenDNSSEC 1.x series,
but is now replaced by ods\-enforcer.  Scripts or other users of this command
will trigger a warning in logs and on stderr.  Please note that this temporary
wrapper will be removed from OpenDNSSEC 2.1 onwards.
