返回一个整数值，给出 \fIchannelId \fR的当前访问位置。返回的这个值是可以传递给 \fBseek\fR 命令的一个字节偏移量，用以把通道设置到一个特定的位置。注意这个值以字节为单位的，而不是以字符为单位如 \fBread\fR 命令。
